Efficient data management can be vital to the success of any business especially in businesses where client information is constantly updated and changing.
Here at Eventus we are currently undergoing the implementation of a whole new database system and as with any new IT installations it can be mind boggling to begin with but as we progress in to the latter stages the excitement levels are high amongst the teams when we can see already how it is going to help us with our client base and the accuracy it achieves for our candidates alike. As a business that pride ourselves on good old fashioned personable relationships with clients and candidates ensuring we meet with everyone in the process and ensuring that the ethical approach is tattooed in to each consultant we also wanted to be in touch with the latest technology as we grow in to even more geographical catchment arenas and our staff numbers increase.
The database is one of the cornerstones of information technology, and its ability to organise, process and manage information in a structured and controlled manner is key to many aspects of modern business efficiency.
We are looking forward to its final installation over the coming weeks after a few enjoyable training sessions recently!
