The Eventus Recruitment Employment Attitudes and Work Trends 2024 survey report is now available to download, and we are excited to share our findings and insights with you. We carry out this survey annually to assess how work trends differ year on year. This year, the Employment Trends survey has revealed that confidence in the job market has increased from 12 months ago.

Our survey was sent out to professionals and shared on our social media channels, reaching employees from a range of sectors such as legal, finance, financial services, and more. It delved into topics such as working environments and preferences, employee benefits, work-life balance, career motivators, and progression.
