Terms and Conditions

1. The Candidate Referral scheme thank you gift will be £200 vouchers, rising to £500 vouchers for Partner / Director level placements
   
   
2. The Candidate Referral Scheme excludes candidates who are currently registered with the Eventus Recruitment Group.
   
   
3. In order for you to qualify to receive a Candidate Referral Scheme bonus you must provide us with their name and contact details and have their express permission to pass them onto us.
   
   
4. Alternatively, your friend can contact us directly but must inform us in their first contact that they have been referred to us by you.
   
   
5. Your referral must be placed in a permanent role within 12 months of registration.
   
   
6. You will be entitled to receive your Candidate Referral Scheme gift after your friend has successfully completed their first 12 weeks employment with their new employer and the invoice has been settled by the organisation that they have joined.
   
   
7. In the event of dispute, Eventus’ Recruitment decision is final.
   
   
8. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Candidate Referral Scheme at any time without notice.
   
   
9. You will be responsible for paying any personal income tax that may be due in respect of the receipt of this gift.
