Competitive base salary, benchmarked and reviewed annually against the market

Uncapped commission

Provision of an initial free-legal advice 30-minute appointment

Westfield Rewards

Eventus - Leave

Start at 25 days, rising by 1 day per year to a maximum of 30 days. In addition, you will get bank holidays off.

Christmas closure - we gift you the days, so you don't have to save annual leave!

One additional day to use per year, either for Christmas Shopping or on your birthday – you choose!

On your 5-year anniversary, we will give you an extra 3 days holiday to be used within that 12 month period

On your 10-Year anniversary, we will give you an extra 5 days holiday to be used within that 12 month period

Buy and sell holidays (up to 5 each year, but please don’t sell them, we want you to take your well-earned rest!)

Up to 3 days per year as paid leave to undertake CSR Projects
