How do you unwind after work?

I always make sure to have a catch up with my family when I get home from work. I find that cooking helps me to switch off and unwind before I settle in for the evening with a great film or series.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I enjoy travelling and spending time with family and friends. I’m lucky that my family are based near the Lake District, and I can escape for some peace and quiet at the weekend! I also love to attend concerts and festivals.
