What do you enjoy most about your role at Eventus?

I enjoy building relationships with candidates and working alongside such a lovely team.

How do you switch off and unwind after work?

I enjoy spending time with my little boy, taking my dog for a walk with the family or watching a good film.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I like to go running and to spend time with my friends and family. I often go and visit family.

Top tip that you would give to a professional who is looking for a new career opportunity?

Stay open-minded! It’s great to have a focus on exactly what you want in your career, but sometimes you find great opportunities outside of what you had planned.

Top tip that you would give to a business to ensure a robust recruitment strategy?

Be consistent and ensure you are communicating with your candidates as much as possible. It creates trust, makes the candidates feel valued and builds excellent relationships for the future.
